Roma management are upbeat Renato Sanches’ injury recovery.
The Portugal midfielder suffered a thigh injury and will be missing for two weeks. Sanches broke down in the first-half of their Europa League win at Sheriff Tiraspol.
Sanches is on-loan at Roma from PSG with an option to buy.
His permanent transfer will be triggered if certain conditions are met – which includes appearances.
He has made two starts so far for the Giallorossi.
