After surviving Nottingham Forest at the City Ground, Chelsea will be aiming to climb to the Conference League berth when they take on Brighton in a postponed Premier League fixture.

The Blues have been producing excellent displays in the season finale and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play against Brighton.

All Enzo Fernandez, Carney Chukwuemeka, and Ben Chilwell remain in the recovery room, while Raheem Sterling is pushing for a rare start after scoring as a substitute against the Reds.

The Seagulls, on the other hand, have little to play for in Wednesday’s clash, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on the capital club.

In the first half of the season Chelsea defeated Brighton 3-2 at Stamford Bridge, which goes in favour of our earlier prediction.

Joel Veltman should be fit for the midweek clash despite limping off with injury in a 1-1 draw with Newcastle United.

This match will be played on 15/05/2024 at 19:45

Prediction: 1-2

Recommended Pick: Chelsea to Win.
