Our prediction for this match:
Stadion Wankdorf in Bern will host Tuesday’s Champions League clash between Young Boys and Manchester United. The Red Devils have big ambitions for the 2021/22 CL campaign, and, no doubt, summer signing Cristiano Ronaldo will help Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team improve their game. CR7 impressed on his second Man Utd debut as he scored two goals in a 4-1 win over Newcastle United. Even though Marcus Rashford remains in the recovery room, away win should be considered. Scott McTominay could play some part in Tuesday’s clash after return to training at the weekend.
Young Boys, on the other hand, booked their place in the Champions League group stages by beating Ferencvaros in the two-legged tie. The Swiss champions, though, head into the match with a severely-weakened squad, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the visitors. All Lefort, Lustenberger, Monteiro, Nsame, and Petignat are likely to miss the game with injuries.
